With that said, it all began by saying goodbye to my family at the airport, giving my baby brother two huge hugs, and with that I hopped on a plane to L.A. I felt pretty nervous, heading to L.A. Mostly for everything that was coming, but also for trying to figure out how to navigate myself through such a large place. When looking out the window, the lights on the land looked magical, and scattered, slowly turning into a gird pattern.
Once at L.A, it took a bit of a wait, and a bus ride out to the opposite side of the airport to reach the next plane, which was a 13 hour flight to Korea. Now, I have heard horror stories for such long flights. But it was actually pretty awesome. The food was much better then other flights I had been on, and their was tons of room. And even though I had been the one to abandon the idea of planes from being completely surrounded by them as a child, I think I do feel a sense of comfort in airports, and planes. Anyway, that's enough rambling of simple things, and I soon have to get on another 7 hour flight to Kathmandu...
